Clark Hill Attorney Joann Needleman Discusses Lax Court Review in Debt-Buying Industry
PHILADELPHIA, PA – Joann Needleman, leader of Clark Hill’s Consumer Financial Regulatory & Compliance Group, is quoted in the November 2015 edition of the ABA Journal. Needleman is the immediate past President of the National Creditors Bar Association (NARCA). NARCA, along with DBA International, represents the interests of creditors-rights attorneys and debt buyers across the country to ensure that the legal system provides a level playing field for all involved.
Needleman has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, successfully defending creditors against claims brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as state statutes. She provides counsel, consultation and litigation services to financial institutions, law firms and debt buyers throughout the country. Needleman also serves on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Consumer Advisory Board.
