The chapter, co-authored by Judith Giorlando, is titled “Peer Review: Legal Perspectives for Physician Plaintiffs and Medical Staff Members”. The chapter focuses on the two sides of medical peer review—the physician plaintiff summoned to peer review and the physician appointed to serve on the peer review committee.
