PHOENIX, AZ – Clark Hill attorney Jeremy Bowen was elected to the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation – Emerging Leaders.

Emerging Leaders is a select group of professionals dedicated to advancing the mission of Phoenix Children’s Hospital through community engagement and philanthropy. Established in 2012, Emerging Leaders is a group of dynamic, early career professionals who are committed to championing the mission of Phoenix Children’s Hospital through leadership, giving back, and service. Members are offered the opportunity to network with likeminded individuals, participate in leadership training sessions, and support PCH programs and services during volunteer activities and fundraising events.

Bowen is a member of Clark Hill’s Health Care Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on providing legal services to the health care industry. Bowen handles both transactional and litigation matters. His emphasis is on compliance and enforcement issues such as federal and state fraud and abuse laws, bioethics, HIPAA, FDA and FTC regulations.
