    DETROIT, MI.  Clark Hill Attorney Jenice Mitchell Ford to Present “Ethics Provisions & Municipal Charters” at the 29th Annual Advanced Institute sponsored by the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at the Lansing Center in Lansing, Michigan.

    Mitchell Ford will share insight on drafting ethics provisions based on her tenure as a member of the City of Detroit Ethics Board, Chair, of the 2009-2012 City of Detroit Charter Revision Commission and counsel to Michigan municipalities. 

    The Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys (MAMA) Advanced Institute provides a forum where municipal attorneys practicing in Michigan are apprised of the latest legal issues affecting Michigan local governments by top experts who review recent court decisions and legislation, discuss the challenges being faced and offer strategies to deal with them.

    Mitchell Ford is a Senior Counsel in the Education and Municipal Practice Group.
