Clark Hill Attorney Jeff Van Winkle participated on an ACG Western Michigan panel “Crowdfunding: What is it, How does it Work and What Makes for a Successful Crowdfunding Project?”. VanWinkle, along with the other panelists, discussed the concept of Crowdfunding and how to structure and execute a successful Crowdfunding project. The panel was held on April 17, 2013 at the Kent Country Club in Grand Rapids Michigan.
Van Winkle is the leader of Clark Hill PLC’s Corporate Practice Group, and active in the entrepreneurial as the vice chair for the National Small Business Association and a board member for the Great Lakes Entrepreneur Quest.
