Clark Hill Attorney James Earle to Moderate at American Arbitration Association® Construction Conference, March 23, 2018

James Earle, a Member in the Construction Law practice group in the Los Angeles office, will be one of the moderators at the American Arbitration Association® Construction Conference, titled “Adapting Dispute Resolution Strategies for Today’s Complex Construction Projects.” This conference will focus on the growing complexities of construction projects, the multifaceted disputes these projects create and how to adapt your dispute resolution strategies to mitigate risk and keep projects on track.

James has significant experience as lead counsel in over 40 jury trials, bench trials, and binding arbitrations, as well as over 700 mediations, and has aided municipalities, developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, hotels, homeowners and national construction product manufacturers.
