PHILADELPHIA, PA – Clark Hill Attorney, Erin C. Galbally, will be speaking on “Attorney Support for College Presidents” a one-hour CLE seminar held at the Manor College Lecture Space on September 21st.  Galbally will be joined by Jonathan Peri, Ph.D., J.D., the President of Manor College.

About the Speakers

JONATHAN PERI, Ph.D., J.D. is the President of Manor College in Jenkintown, PA. Since Peri’s inauguration in 2015, the College has ascended in the key attributes that students and parents seek: affordability, access, educational quality, career readiness and safety. Peri places great importance on the College’s mission, which is that personalized education in the Judeo-Christian tradition generates a commitment to a peaceful world. Under Peri’s leadership, the College has undergone dramatic changes including the updating of facilities, renovation of campus library, rebranding of the college’s logo, tag line, athletic logo and website. Most recently, Manor College went from being a two-year college to an associate and bachelor’s degree granting institution.

ERIN GALBALLY, ESQ., Senior Attorney at Clark Hill, guides her clients through complex labor, employment, and Title IX matters with a focus on achieving optimum results. She provides daily counsel and long term strategy to public and private sector employers on all aspects of the employee-employer relationship, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, compliance under the FMLA, ADA, Title VII and related state laws, employee discipline, and workplace investigations. Erin regularly appears before the EEOC and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. She has a winning record in litigating employment matters in state and federal court and representing clients in arbitration. Erin is a Level II certified Title IX investigator. She objectively steers educational clients through the investigatory process and the evolving and complicated reporting requirements mandated under the law. She handles investigations from start to finish for K-12 schools and institutions of higher learning. Additionally, Erin trains administrators, educators, and students on Title IX issues and works with designated Title IX coordinators to ensure compliance.
