Clark Hill Attorney Eric Hocky Advises Glenwood Springs, CO on RFTA Proposed Access Plan

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Clark Hill Attorney Eric M. Hocky’s comments on behalf of Glenwood Springs, CO were quoted in the March 6, 2015 edition of the Post Independent on Glenwood Springs City Council’s attempt to have the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) scrap RFTA’s draft plan to control access across the Rio Grande Trail corridor.  As advised by Hocky, City Council believes that the proposed access plan seeks to impose overly restrictive standards.
