Clark Hill Attorney David Brandon to Present at the California Department of Transportation Legal Division Tort Law Workshop, May 2 – 4, 2018
Member David Brandon will be presenting a session titled “Ethics and Professionalism” at the California Department of Transportation Legal Division Tort Law Workshop. David has taken an active role in the issues that are important to the members of the legal profession. He has been a member of the Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, serving as its Chair from 2014-2015. He has spoken to groups of business people, attorneys and law students on topics including the preservation of electronic evidence, ethics, claims prevention and the identification of fraudulent claims. David has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles for approximately 20 years, teaching Appellate Law, Law Practice Management and Professional Liability. With over 30 years of experience, David Brandon represents private and public entities in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.
