. The one-day institute will focus on “What Every Lawyer Needs to Know About E-Discovery” and will be held on March 21 at the law school. IIT Chicago-Kent’s E-Discovery Institute is designed to introduce participants to the potential complexities and pitfalls of e-discovery issues that may arise in any size case. The program, taught by leading practitioners and industry experts, will address current trends in e-discovery law and emerging technologies, using real-life examples and illustrations. Predictive coding, cloud storage, social media and the strategies litigants can use to successfully manage ESI preservation and collection are among the issues addressed.
Graham is a member of Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group. Graham has been a member of the Chicago Bar Association’s Commercial Litigation Committee’s efforts relating to preparation of model standing orders and the Seventh Circuit E-Discovery Pilot Program in the creation of the Principles and associated Standing Orders.
