Clark Hill attorney Daniel J. Scully will be presenting on “The Impact and Value of Arbitration and Mediation Clauses” Wednesday, February 9 in London.


The edifying assembly will afford useful information for its audience of senior underwriters at Lloyds.

Daniel’s practice is focused on the defense of product liability litigation as well as complex civil litigation. He presently represents several major manufacturers in courts nationally as well as throughout Michigan. He has tried cases to verdict in sixteen states and has published opinions in the Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Circuits.






Daniel is also a member of the faculty at the 2001 IADC Trial Academy. He was the Assistant Director of the IADC Trial Academy in 2006 and its Director in 2007. Additionally, he was a faculty member of the ABA TIPS Trial Academy on two occasions. He has also been an invited lecturer at several professional conferences and law schools including but not limited to the University of Michigan Law School and Stanford Law School.
