Daniel J. Bretz
is the Co-Chair of Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment Law Practice Group and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Dan represents clients across the entire spectrum of employment and labor law. His clients include the health care, transportation, construction, automotive and hospitality industries. He has served as first chair in class actions and individual cases involving discrimination, harassment, contract and labor issues. Clayton County, by releasing new resources to educate employers about the rights of applicants and workers to be free from sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination.
