Clark Hill Attorney Daniel H. Minkus to Speak at the Michigan Supreme Court Judicial Conference 2019

BIRMINGHAM, MI – Daniel H. Minkus, Member in Charge of Clark Hill’s Birmingham office, will speak at the Michigan Supreme Court Judicial Conference on May 9, 2019 in Traverse City, Michigan.  Mr. Minkus’ presentation, “Critical Elements of Corporate Documents,” will provide a how-to guide on a variety of topics, with emphasis on: distinguishing between shareholder agreements and operating agreements, comparing corporate law nomenclature versus limited liability company jargon, and identifying and discussing common pressure points and issues that give rise to disputes among shareholders and members of companies in governing documents.
