With respect to computer and technology law, Ms. Abrahams represents

public school districts and private-sector clients in the acquisition and implementation of technology, including contracting with technology designers, consultants, hardware and software vendors. She routinely counsels clients regarding license agreements and agreements relating to the implementation of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs) and telephone systems.

A frequent lecturer on general public school issues, Ms. Abrahams has presented for both the Michigan School Business Officials and the Michigan Institute for Educational Management.
