Berry will present “Financing Real Estate Projects: Securities Law Implications: Identifying Securities, How to Avoid Violations; Traditional Financing Methods and New Alternatives” for the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Arizona on April 20, 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona. Berry will discuss what securities laws are, when securities issues may arise, and how to avoid violations.
