Clark Hill Attorney Charles M. Russman to Present at 32nd Annual State Bar of Michigan Tax Conference

BIRMINGHAM, MI – Attorney Charles M. Russman spoke at the 32nd Annual State Bar of Michigan Tax Conference,  presented in cooperation with the Institute of Continuing Education (ICLE), on May 23, 2019. The conference covered a wide variety of timely topics such as tax reform, state and use tax, association health plans, and more.  Charles’ presentation, “Cybersecurity for Employee Benefits,” discussed internal policies and procedures, risk assessments, and data breach prevention and response.

Charles M. Russman is Senior Counsel in Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment group.  Charles assists clients with data privacy, cybersecurity, employee benefits and executive compensation matters. He takes a holistic approach to his data privacy and cybersecurity practice, helping clients reduce risk and maintain legal compliance by working on risk assessments, internal policies and procedures, customer facing privacy policies, agreements with service providers and data breach prevention and response.
