PHOENIX, AZ – Clark Hill attorney Charles R. Berry will present on a “Funding Your Venture” panel hosted by the Arizona Technology Council at its Annual StartupConnect Conference at the ASU SkySong, 1475 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, Arizona on Wednesday, December 9, 2015.

This session will provide best practices for funding your company. This annual event was created for entrepreneurs looking to start, grow, or sell a venture. Attendees will hear 50 successful CEOs and Executives divulge their secrets, solutions and regrets. Notable speakers include Jeff Hoffman, co-founder of Priceline and Clate Mask, founder of Infusionsoft.

Berry, Senior Counsel in Clark Hill’s Corporate Practice Group, represents corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities and individuals in a wide spectrum of transactions, focusing primarily on capital formation, business management and real estate.  He has extensive experience in securities regulation, public offerings, business mergers, acquisitions and sales, private placements and compliance with the periodic reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
