GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Clark Hill Attorney Barbara A. Ruga will present at the Michigan Association of School Personnel Administrators’ (MASPA) Conference on Friday, December 5, 2014. Ruga’s presentation, “Best Practices in Teacher and Administrative Evaluations,” will review the intended and unintended consequences of recent changes to teacher evaluation, Tenure Act, and other aspects of teacher accountability.
