Clark Hill Attorney Barbara A. Ruga to Present at the Michigan Association of Administrators of Special Education Winter Institute 2014

Clark Hill attorney Barbara A. Ruga will present the Michigan Association of Administrators of Special Education (MAASE) Winter Institute 2014 on Tuesday, February 4. Ruga will present “Employment and Labor Implication for Special Education Practitioners”. The MAASE Winter Institute will be help on February 3-4 at the Crowne Plaza Lansing West Hotel. Ruga has over 35 years of experience advising and counseling public school districts and other public and private employers on a wide variety of labor law and employment issues, as well as extensive knowledge and experience negotiating teacher contracts in the context of scarce resources. She has presented for other notable statewide organizations, including the Metro Bureau, the Michigan Negotiators Association, the Michigan Association of School Boards and the Michigan School Business Officials, as well as national educational entities.
