Presenting “The Latest Developments in Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Transgender Discrimination Claims: Where Are We Now and What’s on the Horizon?”, Welch will address a host of topics, including:
- implications of OFCCP Final Rule prohibiting sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination by federal contractors;
- the latest EEOC efforts to push the boundaries of Title VII so that its protections extend to cover LGBT employees;
- trends that are currently arising in LGBT discrimination claims and what is on the horizon in terms of regulation, enforcement and litigation; and
