Clark Hill Announces Two New Members of Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group

Two prominent bankruptcy attorneys, Christopher J. Giaimo and Jeffrey N. Rothleder, have joined as Members in the firm's Washington, DC office.  

Chris and Jeff's practice focuses on financial restructuring, corporate trust matters, and workout proceedings on behalf of financially distressed companies or their creditors. They represent secured and unsecured creditors in a variety of industries and sectors including public and privately held companies with taxable and tax-exempt debt. Their clients also include indenture trustees, holders of public debt, official committees and individual creditors as well as investors seeking to acquire the distressed debt and assets of bankrupt and insolvent businesses.

Chris earned his J.D. from  St. John's University School of Law and a B.A. from St. Joseph's University.  He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and New York.

Jeff earned his J.D. from University of Maryland School of Law and B.A. from the Sweet-Sixteen bound University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
