Richard H. Chapman
is a member of Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group. He has more than 24 years of successful experience as a leading trial lawyer concentrating in business litigation in federal, state and bankruptcy courts, as well as in arbitration, throughout the United States.
Mr. Chapman has represented a wide range of businesses, including financial institutions, professional service providers, manufacturers and distributors.
He received his B.A. from the University of Illinois and earned his law degree from Loyola University.
Gary E. Green
practices in Clark Hill’s Litigation Department as well as in the Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy Department. He has more than 18 years of experience representing financial institutions in foreclosures, receiverships, lender liability, bankruptcy and restructuring.
Mr. Green has substantial experience in the defense of Class Actions involving Consumer Fraud, Fair Debt Collection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Securities Fraud.
He received his B.A. and M.A. from Loyola University and went on to obtain a law degree from the University of California.
