Thomas E. Maier
serves as Senior Counsel to Clark Hill’s Administrative Law Practice Group. Mr. Maier practices in Clark Hill’s Lansing office, and focuses on administrative law and regulatory practice, representing utilities and other entities before state agencies and courts.
A frequent lecturer on subjects such as privatization and construction lien law, Mr. Maier has been a speaker for the American Bar Association, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Michigan Municipal League, Michigan Townships Association and Michigan State Chamber Foundation. He has authored articles on privatization, construction law, lien law and real estate law.
