LOS ANGELES, CA – Senior Counsel Teanna Buchner’s article “CSA’s Slow Response to FAST Act Mandates: What to Expect Next” was published in DRI’s In Transit magazine. This article covers the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association’s (FMCSA) proposed changes to the Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) program following the recommendations of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS). The changes that are ultimately finalized by the FMCSA will impact the trucking industry and the defense of trucking cases across the United States.
Teanna represents growing companies in both transactional and litigation matters arising out of contractual disputes, premises liability, and personal injury, including defense of catastrophic injury cases arising out of interstate trucking and transportation accidents. Teanna’s experience includes representing motor carriers, freight brokers, and shippers in all aspects of trucking and transportation litigation.
