Attorney Lisa Wren Joins Clark Hill's Banking and Finance Group
Clark Hill announces that Lisa S. Wren has joined the firm as a Member in the Banking and Finance Practice Group. She will serve clients out of Clark Hill’s Princeton, NJ and Philadelphia, PA offices.
Wren brings significant and multi-faceted finance experience to Clark Hill’s expanding East Coast presence. She represents financial institutions and corporations in a wide variety of commercial credit transactions including syndicated credit facilities, single-bank loans, asset based facilities, bond financings and commercial real estate loans.

She was also named a “Top 40 Under 40” lawyer by the New Jersey Law Journal. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Wren earned her J.D. from Villanova University and B.A. from the University of Michigan. Wren resides in Princeton Junction, New Jersey.
