Attorney Kevin Fanning Appointed Co-Chair of Building Owners and Managers Association Education Committee
BIRMINGHAM, MI – Clark Hill attorney Kevin A. Fanning was recently appointed to serve as Co-Chair of the Education Committee of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Metro Detroit. BOMA, headquartered in Farmington Hills, was founded in 1908 and is a professional trade association whose 350+ members either own or manage commercial real estate, or provide goods and services to the commercial real estate industry. BOMA strives to enhance the human, intellectual, and physical assets of the commercial real estate industry. The BOMA Education Committee creates educational opportunities for members and suppliers to share ideas with the goal of increasing the ROI of assets, employ green building and sustainability practices, and leverage trends that are relevant to the ownership and management of commercial real estate. Fanning is a member in the Birmingham office of Clark Hill PLC. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters, real estate litigation, commercial property workouts and receiverships, and securities litigation. Fanning has been named a “Rising Star” in the 2009 and 2010 editions of Michigan Super Lawyers publication.
