Arizona’s Finest Lawyers Selects Six Members of Clark Hill Phoenix
Phoenix, AZ – Six members of Clark Hill Phoenix are Sustaining Members in Arizona’s Finest Lawyers 2013, a biographical database of the top tier of legal professionals in the state of Arizona. Attorneys Stephen Anthony, Darrell Davis, Russ Kolsrud, John Norling, Abbie Shindler and Mark Sifferman were all selected.
Anthony is a member of Clark Hill’s Construction Practice Group. He aggressively advocates on behalf of clients in litigation matters involving a wide variety of commercial, banking-related, and construction issues. He has successfully served as lead counsel in complex litigation matters before juries and arbitrators, including several construction arbitrations through the American Arbitration Association, and has briefed and argued appeals in the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court.
Davis is a member of Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group and concentrates his practice in protecting the interests of business owners. He serves as counsel to numerous entrepreneurial clients involved in commerce in many markets, including automotive retail. Davis consults with business owners and decision makers with respect to strategic planning, business succession, employee matters, protection of confidentiality and competitive rights, as well as risk analysis and reduction.
Kolsrud is the Co-Leader of Clark Hill’s Health Care Practice Group and is a senior trial lawyer for clients with commercial disputes, health care controversies, transaction disagreements and disputes with government regulatory and licensing agencies.
Norling is a member of Clark Hill’s Corporate Practice Group. His practice includes commercial transactions, real estate, business organizations, business law and automobile dealership law. Norling assists business owners in all aspects of their business operations from acquisitions and divestitures to operational and compliance matters.
Shindler is a member of Clark Hill’s Personal Legal Services Practice group and a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. She focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trusts, corporations and business organizations, and business law. Her experience includes the preparation of estate plans, administration of trusts/estates, obtaining appointments of guardians/conservators for adults and minors, formation of corporate entities, obtaining tax exempt status for nonprofit corporations, assisting with corporate transactions, and the preparation of pre-nuptial agreements. She is also a trained mediator.
Sifferman is a member of Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group practicing in the areas of commercial, business and real estate litigation. His focus is on construction collections and liens, real property, and mortgage enforcement and regulation.
