LIVE TRAINING
Our attorney-trainers have vast experience educating and working with human resources professionals, management and employees. In addition, our attorneys are frequent speakers at many leading national and local industry conferences.
As a result, we have a robust catalog of training courses covering the full spectrum of HR and Employee Benefits that can be provided to your HR team in an efficient, cost-effective manner. Our courses and presentations focus not only on legal compliance but also practical solutions for the ever-changing workforce. We are also willing to tailor our presentations and courses, or create new ones, to meet the needs of your company.

WORKSHOPS/SEMINARS
Throughout the year, Clark Hill provides hosted training courses to train HR professionals and Employee Benefit Fiduciaries in a cost-effective way. Although we cannot provide specific legal advice during these sessions, they are designed to build the knowledge and capabilities of our clients to enable them to thrive and succeed within their organizations. In each of our major geographies, we host an annual employment conference that covers a wide range of topics. More recently, we are offering topic-specific workshops to quickly respond to changing areas of the law so our clients stay up to date on hot compliance issues. See below for the current workshops and conferences that are open for registration.
BROWN BAG LUNCH SUBSCRIPTION SERIES
The Brown Bag Subscription Series offers our clients with the opportunity to choose from a “menu” of topics for a flat fee. These are designed to be conducted at the employer’s location or through a multi-site hosted webinar on targeted topics that are most relevant to your business. In these collaborative sessions, not only will you get trained in the particular subject area, but you will be able to explore company-specific issues and challenges that your company is facing. These courses are designed to be completed within a specific time period such as a lunch hour, led by subject-matter experts on the selected topics.
