Export & Sanctions Compliance

Chinese simple: 简体中文

All goods and technical information (blueprints, drawings, software, etc.) are subject to export control laws and regulations. The level of control ranges from recordkeeping only to strict licensing requirements. Our lawyers guide exports through this complex maze of rules.

Our attorneys regularly represent clients that export and import commercial and military technology. Appearing before and working with the U.S. Departments of Commerce, State, and the Treasury, we handle matters involving:

  • Export licensing, including munitions
  • Designing and implementing export management and compliance programs
  • Export compliance audits
  • Export compliance training
  • OFAC sanctions and denied party screening
