Thomas M. Keranen is a member in Clark Hill’s Construction Practice Group. Thomas was born in 1950 in Bemidji, Minnesota. He is admitted to practice law in Michigan, Wisconsin and Florida, as well as in the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Thomas is also a licensed professional engineer in Michigan (1976). Thomas’ practice is concentrated on all aspects of construction industry legal matters, including claims involving acceleration, delay and disruption, surety bond and construction liens, federal procurement law, architect and engineering malpractice defense, and other related matters. Thomas also serves as an arbitrator and mediator on the AAA’s Construction Panel.
