Phoenix, AZ – Attorney Karen L. Karr has joined Clark Hill PLC Phoenix as a member of the Labor & Employment Group.
“We are pleased to announce the addition of Karen Karr to our team,” said John Norling, leader of Clark Hill’s Phoenix Office. “She brings a wide range of experience in the area of labor and employment, and will be a tremendous asset to our practice and our office.”
Karr has defended numerous employers with claims from employees. Her experience includes preparing position statements and otherwise responding to administrative charges, defending various types of employee lawsuits alleging such claims as discrimination, violation of other state and federal employment laws, wage and hour violations, sexual and racial harassment, whistleblower and retaliation, enforcing employee agreements not to compete, solicit or reveal confidential information, defending audits by the Department of Labor or other governmental authorities, defending unfair labor practice charges and counseling.
Karr is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA) and earned her B.S. from the Arizona State University and her J.D. from Arizona State University School of Law.
