BIRMINGHAM, MICH. – Michael Antovski, a member in Clark Hill’s Birmingham office, will moderate the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and the Taxation Section of the State Bar of Michigan’s 25th Annual Tax Conference, May 1, at The Inn at St. John’s in Plymouth, Mich. The conference will take an in-depth look at the new Michigan Corporate Income Tax and the up-to-the-minute federal developments.

Antovski is a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of tax planning, acquisitions and dispositions, and general corporate matters. In addition to presenting at numerous tax conferences, Antovski was the chair of the Oakland County Bar Association Tax Committee for two consecutive terms and he was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2010.
