PHOENIX, AZ – Clark Hill attorney Daniel A. Schenck will be one of several distinguished panelists at the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP) 2012 Northwest Regional Conference on April 12-13 at Oregon State University – Cascades Campus.
Schenck will speak on “HIPAA & the HITECH Act: What’s New, What’s Not, and Steps for Navigating the Future of Privacy and Security Rules.”
The National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP) was created in January of 1999 to serve as a national resource for programs and professionals assisting young people beleaguered by emotional and behavioral difficulties.
