PHOENIX, AZ – The Scottsdale City Council appointed Clark Hill Attorney Russ Kolsrud to the Industrial Development Authority of Scottsdale, Arizona (IDA).
The IDA is a nonprofit corporation designated a political subdivision of the State of Arizona. The IDA has the legal ability to issue taxable and tax-exempt revenue bonds. Financing undertaken by the IDA often results in below market interest rates. The IDA is committed to expanding economic development and business enterprise for Scottsdale, Arizona. The IDA evaluates development proposals and presents its recommendations to the City Council for final approval.
