The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is increasing its enforcement of the affirmative action requirements of Executive Order 11,246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Act (VEVRRA) and the Jobs for Veterans Act. On March 24, 2014, the OFCCP’s new regulations governing affirmative action plans under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and VEVRRA became effective. These regulations contain goals, changes in the notice requirements and new reporting requirements. This Webinar will discuss:

  • Identifying which employers must comply with the affirmative action requirements of these laws;
  • Changes to the regulations governing Section 503 and VEVRRA; and
  • Record keeping requirements.

This Webinar will help employers avoid future compliance issues and ensure that you are complying with the new regulations.

This webinar is free of charge
