The Institute of Continuing Legal Education reports "published" opinions only (Supreme Court 1995-- and Court of Appeals 1996--). The State Bar of Michigan (1998--) and the newspaper Michigan Lawyers Weekly (1993--) report both "published" and "unpublished" opinions.
