April 13, 1998 Michigan Open Access UpdateApril 13, 1998-New Open Access Bid Dates Proposed.Now that
the MPSC's proposed open access capacity bidding dates have slipped considerably, the
utilities have themselves proposed new dates. The proposed new bid
due dates are:
Utilities Circulate Draft Implementation Plan for Comment. These new bid dates are contained in the draft Open Access Implementation Plans provided by Edison and Consumers to those parties who are actively involved in the development of the MPSC's Open Access Program. As noted in the last Clark Hill Michigan Open Access Update, these draft plans will be formally rolled out by the utilities on April 17th, to be followed by written comments and meetings of the interested parties with the utilities. The utilities are expected to file their final Open Access Implementation Plan proposals for MPSC approval by May 29th. Questions?
