Veteran Environmental Attorney Mark J. Steger Joins Clark Hill Chicago

Chicago, IL - Mark J. Steger has joined Clark Hill as Senior Counsel in the firm’s growing Chicago office. Steger has been practicing environmental law for more than 25 years. He has extensive experience with environmental regulations relating to air pollution, water pollution, solid and hazardous water management, underground storage tanks, toxic chemicals, public water supplies, wetlands, landfill siting and noise pollution.

Steger has also been involved in environmental due diligence review for real estate and corporate transactional matters, and has represented many clients in “Superfund” proceedings throughout the country. 

Steger earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois, an M.S. from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
