Stacey Schor Joins Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment Practice Group
PHILADELPHIA, PA – Attorney Stacey C. Schor has joined the Philadelphia office of Clark Hill in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. She rejoins her three former colleagues, Joe Rudolf, Erin Galbally and Ethan Dennis who came to Clark Hill in May. Schor represents public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She regularly counsels clients on traditional labor-management relations, including negotiating and interpreting collective bargaining agreements, handling grievance and interest arbitrations, and defending charges under the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Act, Act 111, and Act 195. Schor also defends employers against claims involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of restrictive covenants, whistleblowing retaliation, and charges brought under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Title VII, the FMLA, the ADA, and the ADEA.

Schor earned her J.D. from the Beasley School of Law, Temple University where she was on the Dean’s List and a Staff Member for the Temple Law Review. Schor received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
