Clark Hill PLC Members Joseph S. Kopietz and Kevin A. Fanning to Present at BOMA Mega Education Program, April 19

DETROIT, MICH. – Clark Hill members Joseph Kopietz and Kevin Fanning will present at the Building Owners and Manufacturers Association (BOMA) Mega Education Program event on April 19. The event – developed for commercial real estate owners, managers, operations staff and brokers – includes topics on defaults and legal remedies, tenant concessions in a tenant driven market, ADA building regulations, and growth engines and incentives. Clark Hill Attorney Kevin Fanning is the Chairperson of the Mega Education Program.

Kopietz is a member of the Real Estate group in Clark Hill’s Detroit office. His practice focuses on a number of areas, including economic development representing lenders, investors, nonprofit and for-profit developers. Kopietz has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, becoming one of few attorneys nationwide to earn a LEED Accreditation.

Kevin Fanning is resident in Clark Hill’s Birmingham office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters, real estate litigation, commercial property workouts and receiverships, and securities litigation.
