Clark Hill PLC Attorney William B. Dunn Addresses National Crowd at the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Symposia in Washington DC - May 2

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. – Clark Hill PLC Attorney William B. Dunn presented at the 24th Annual ABA Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Spring Symposia in Washington DC, May 2 at the Capital Hilton. Dunn discussed the subject of the new Report of the Section, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys on attorney opinions in real estate finance transactions. Dunn was co-editor of the Report, which was developed over a three year drafting period.

The 24th Annual Spring CLE Symposia is a two-day meeting, sponsored by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate law in Washington D.C. offering an insider’s view of the latest planning techniques and developments in both estate planning and real property.
