Clark Hill PLC Attorney Kristi R. Gauthier to Author a Series of Health Care Reform, Expert Advice Articles for the Michigan Business and Professional Association

BIRMINGHAM, MICH. – Clark Hill PLC attorney Kristi R. Gauthier to serve as a health care reform expert for the Michigan Business and Professional Association’s (MBPA) monthly article, “Connect with Expert Advice.” The monthly article is part of the MBPA’s newly-launched member website, which provides a comprehensive and interactive approach to understanding health care reform and what the new legislation means for businesses across the United States.

Gauthier, a senior attorney in the firm’s Birmingham, Mich., office, concentrates her practice in Employee Benefits Law. She has represented clients in a wide variety of employee benefits issues involving health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans. Gauthier is an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the State Bar of Michigan and the Employee Benefits Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association. In addition, Gauthier is a frequent lecturer on a broad range of employee benefits issues, including ERISA compliance, COBRA, Section 125 Plans, IRS Correction Programs, 403(b) plans, and most recently health care reform. Gauthier is also co-author of the ABA publication, “ERISA Survey of Federal Circuits.”
