Clark Hill Construction Law Attorneys Author Construction Law Treatise for Michigan

DETROIT , MI – The Construction Law Group of Clark Hill PLC was retained by Thomson Reuters (WEST) to author the Michigan Construction Law Manual. Attorney Jay Berger, a member of Clark Hill PLC’s Construction and Litigation Groups, was the lead and coordinating author that guided the team of lawyers that contributed to the manual.


“It was an honor to have an opportunity like this, and we are pleased that Thomson Reuters called on us. The treatise is available online and through Thomson Reuters. Berger said his group plans to host a book release celebration and a series of webinars to cover various topics of interest from the treatise.


“We are going to use this as a vehicle to assist our clients in answering questions in today’s ever-changing market,” Berger said. “By hosting webinars based on topics from the book, we can help folks navigate issues and challenges in both construction law and the construction industry.”
