Clark Hill Chicago Attorney L. Steven Platt Publishes Chapter on Sex Discrimination and Harassment in IICLE’s “Employment Discrimination 2012 edition” Book

Chicago, IL Clark Hill attorney L. Steven Platt updated his chapter in the 2012 edition of the Employment Discrimination book “Sex Discrimination and Harassment,” published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE).

Platt covers the law of sex discrimination and harassment, hostile work environment based on gender – tracing its history under Title VII to the present day. It serves as a practice guide for lawyers on both sides of the spectrum (plaintiff and defense). Platt has authored this Chapter since 1988.
