Clark Hill Chicago Attorney Daniel Graham Published a Chapter in IICLE’s 2012 Edition of Business and Commercial Litigation

CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill attorney Daniel Graham authored a chapter in the 2012 edition of “Business and Commercial Litigation,” published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Graham addresses the use and parameters of Written Discovery – Requests for Admission of Facts and Genuineness of Documents and Interrogatories in Federal and State Court, geared toward commercial litigators. The IICLE chapter contains not only the rules, interpretation of the rules by the courts, recent amendments to the rules, but also the practical application of the discovery tools to aid in the resolution of commercial disputes.
