Chicago, IL – Clark Hill attorney Timothy M. McCarthy presented “Intellectual Property and the Right to Remanufacture” with Jason Keener and J. Michael Huges at the Motor & Equipment Remanufacturers’ Association (MERA) Joint Council Meeting on August 18, 2015.  

MERA is the remanufacturing division of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), which has been advocating on behalf of the motor vehicle supplier industry since 1904. McCarthy is a senior counsel in Clark Hill’s Intellectual Property practice group in the firm’s Chicago office, concentrating his practice in the areas of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
