Clark Hill Attorney Richard H. Chapman Published a Chapter in IICLE’s 2012 Edition of Motions, Affidavits, and Orders

CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill Chicago attorney Richard H. Chapman co-authored the “Motions, Affidavits, and Orders” chapter in the “Opening the Case” volume of the three volume 2012 edition of “Civil Practice (Illinois)” published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. The Chapter focuses on the key elements and strategic uses of numerous kinds of motions and affidavits that the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure permits.
