Clark Hill Attorney Ray J. Koenig III Authors Article on “Personal and Financial Legal Rights” for The National Resource Center on LGBT Aging

CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill Chicago Attorney Ray Koenig’s article, “Creating and Protecting Personal and Financial Legal Rights,” is now a featured resource on The National Resource Center on LGBT Aging website. The National Resource Center on LGBT Aging is the country's first and only technical assistance resource center aimed at improving the quality of services and supports offered to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) older adults.

Mr. Koenig states in the article that “ Proper planning can ensure that your wishes are carried out by the person of your choice in the event of your incapacity.
