Clark Hill Attorney Patricia M. Sulzbach to Present at AIAG Corporate Responsibility Summit on April 9, 2014
Stakeholder expectations regarding corporate responsibility are heightened for automotive, heavy industry and technology companies, and their supply chains. The Summit will take place April 9 and 10, 2014 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI, wherein industry experts will share the latest research, information and best practices on topics including:

• Supplier self-assessment
Sulzbach will discuss required elements of an effective compliance program, the ramifications of such programs under the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, and the specific obligations of Board members. She will explore case studies regarding corporate responsibility relative to supply chain and sustainability, as well as proscribe some current compliance trends that may impact compliance programs for 2014 and beyond.
Sulzbach is a senior counsel member of Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group. She is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office where she focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, corporate monitorship, compliance and litigation.
