Detroit, MI – Clark Hill Attorney Martin E. Crandall will present “Jury Selection in a Federal Criminal Case” along with Karl Numinen of Marquette, MI, another veteran Criminal Defense Attorney, to the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, at the annual CDAM Advanced Criminal Defense Practice Conference November 7th in Traverse City, MI.

Crandall is a member of Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group, and focuses his practice in the areas of white-collar criminal defense, business litigation, and labor and employment law.

Crandall represents clients in a broad spectrum of criminal defense matters, including federal and state jury and non-jury trials, and federal grand jury investigations for white collar crimes, including mail and wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud, bank fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, interstate theft and racketeering. He assists clients in matters of federal and state grand jury subpoenas for witnesses and for the records of businesses, negotiations with U.S. Attorneys’ offices throughout the nation, and negotiations for immunity orders for witnesses in federal trials and/or before grand juries.

Crandall has extensive experience in investigations by federal and state law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, IRS, DEA, INS, SEC and Department of Labor. These investigations typically involve working closely with the U.S. Attorney and the related federal and state investigative agencies.
